Board of Parole Hearings

The Board of Parole Hearings (BPH) conducts parole consideration hearings, parole rescission hearings and parole progress hearings for adult inmates and parolees under the jurisdiction of the Department of Corrections and Rehabilitation. Duties of the BPH also include, but are not limited to, mentally disordered offender and sexually violent predator screenings and hearings, investigation of requests for pardons, reprieves and commutation of sentences and foreign prisoner transfer requests.
